These books are printed for one child after you pay. This is the policy for Wyoming Forever Publishing, a trade name of Wyoming Forever LLC.

Before it is made

If we have not started making the book, we can cancel it and refund the payment. Write through the contact form or email support@mykidsstorybook.com with the order number and the email you used at checkout. Custom-story orders that are still waiting on your preview can be cancelled the same way.

Change of mind

A personalized book cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Once it is printed with a child's name, family, or pets, we cannot sell that copy to anyone else.

Print defects and damage

If the book arrives damaged, or the printing itself is defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint that copy or refund it. Send a photo of the printed book, not of your child.

Spelling

Check the names in the preview and confirm them before you pay. A name, dedication, or town printed as you approved it is not a misprint, and it is not covered by a reprint.

Holiday timing

For a Christmas story, order by December 12. For a Hanukkah story, order by November 21. Those dates are estimates. Timing is explained on the shipping page.
