Do you need a photo of my child?
No. You choose how they look. We never ask for a photo of your child.
What can I personalize?
The child's name, pronouns, and age from baby through 12, plus siblings, grown-ups, pets you name, a hometown, and a short dedication.
Which stories can I order today?

Can I see the book before I buy?
Yes. See the cover and two pages free before you buy. Check every name, then pay.
How much is a book?
A standard story is $29.99 softcover and $44.99 hardcover on sale for $39.99. A custom story is $54.99 softcover and $64.99 hardcover. Shipping is Mail $6.49, Priority Mail $15.99, or Expedited $21.99.
How long does it take?
Made in about 3–5 business days, then shipped to your door. Hardcover can take a little longer. Mail is often about 10–14 business days inside the United States after the book ships. Priority and expedited are faster.
When should I order for a holiday?
For Christmas, order by December 12. For Hanukkah, order by November 21. Those dates are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery day. Other stories do not use a holiday deadline.
What if a name is spelled wrong?
Fix it in the free preview and confirm the spelling before you pay. A name printed the way you approved it is not a misprint.
What if the book arrives damaged?
Write to us from the contact page with the order number and a photo of the damage, within 30 days of delivery. We reprint that copy or refund it. A personalized book cannot be returned for a change of mind. The full rules are on the returns page.
How does a custom story work?
We'll email your custom story preview within 5 days to approve before printing. You can add a theme, your child, siblings, pets, and any notes you want in the story. We charge when you submit, then email the preview to approve before it prints. Custom stories are $54.99 softcover and $64.99 hardcover.
